Gary Schurman has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and software development. He began his career at international accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, served as Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions at Bay View Capital Corporation, a $6 billion publicly-held bank holding company, Treasurer of California Thrift & Loan, a $750 million finance company that he helped take public in 1995 via an IPO, Chief Financial Officer of several Silicon Valley start-ups, Chief Technology Officer at Decisive Inc. where he authored the Company's on-line software products that it offers to Banks and Credit Unions, and most recently as a “Quant” for a Wall Street firm specializing in subprime CDOs.

Gary received his Masters Degree in Business Economics (MBE) from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his BS in Business and Accounting from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh. Gary is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
